Terms of service
What we do, what you do yourself, the price and its rules.

REF. 01Who provides the service
The entreprises.ca service is provided by Salah Khalfi, sole proprietorship (NEQ 2270228325), Montréal (“we”), to businesses and organizations (“you”). It is a private service, not affiliated with the Government of Canada or Service Canada.
REF. 02The service
We prepare documents and track deadlines:
- the Work-Sharing application and form EMP5101;
- the Retraining Grant application, the Grant Calculator and the Employee Annex;
- the recovery plan;
- optionally, custom on-the-job training modules;
- during the agreement, if you choose follow-up: hours reporting, training log, deadline reminders and extensions.
We do not represent you. We do not give legal or tax advice.
REF. 03What you do yourself
- You submit the application yourself in Grants and Contributions Online Services (GCOS), with your verified identity.
- You communicate with Service Canada yourself. We never communicate with a public servant or any other public office holder on your behalf, whether to obtain a grant or to influence its award. Doing so for payment falls under the Lobbying Act (s. 5); we do not do it.
- If Service Canada asks you for information, we prepare the answer with you and you send it.
- Do not copy us (CC or BCC) on your exchanges with Service Canada. If it happens, we never reply to Service Canada: we write to you only.
- The decision belongs to Service Canada.
REF. 04Fees
- The price is fixed and stated to you in writing before any commitment.
- It never depends on your application being approved. We accept no payment contingent on the outcome (see also the Lobbying Act, s. 10.1).
- Launch prices: application package $750 up to 20 employees, $1,250 above; follow-up during the agreement $200 per month; on-the-job training module $300 per module.
- Taxes extra where applicable.
- Our application fee is not eligible for the grant: the program excludes application preparation costs. It remains your expense.
- Training design is an eligible program cost; it is invoiced separately. Whether it is reimbursed is up to Service Canada.
- Payment terms are set out in the written quote.
REF. 05No guarantee
We do not guarantee your eligibility, the approval of your application or the amount granted. The eligibility check and our assessments are estimates; only the official rules and Service Canada’s decision count.
REF. 06Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information, and tell us about any change.
- Enter your employees’ SINs and benefit rates yourself in the official calculator. We never receive them.
- Obtain and keep your employees’ consent, as the program requires.
- Meet the program obligations: training offered, income top-up paid entirely to employees, submissions and replies on time.
REF. 07Monthly follow-up
Follow-up during the agreement has no commitment. You may end it at any time in writing; no month is invoiced after it ends. Our reminders help you meet deadlines, but submitting and sending remain your responsibility.
REF. 08Limitation of liability
Our liability, for a given service, is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, except in case of intentional or gross fault. We are not responsible for Service Canada’s decisions or for the consequences of inaccurate information you provided to us.
REF. 09Exchanges in writing
Our exchanges are in writing, by email. A quote, an acceptance or a termination is made in writing. You keep a record of every step.
REF. 10Personal information
To prepare your application, we use the business information you send us: sector, products, machines, workstations, hours and the drop in activity as overall figures, training needs. Do not send us any personal information about your employees (names, SINs, individual wages): you enter it yourself in the government forms. See also our privacy policy.
REF. 11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
REF. 12Date
