REF. 01Who it applies to

Who has to register with the OQLF

According to the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF), businesses that employ 25 people or more in Quebec for a period of 6 months must register (our translation).

Registration opens an official process, with dates to meet. It leads to the francization certificate. The certificate of registration or the francization certificate must also go with a grant application or a public tender.
